ffmpeg

I have started to use ffmpeg a little more to get some of the quirkier jobs done.

Busy at Work!

For those not aware of ffmpeg, its worth taking a look here

When using it with Windows I use a number of front ends, specifically Super and WinFF

I personally find it easier on my Ubuntu based Linux machine. There are loads of guides available online and once you have converted your first few media files or extracted your first set of frames, you will get used to it and see its full power.

A big help over the last few jobs has been the online code generator found here

and also some of the tutorials found here

I hope you find them useful
